This Privacy policy covers our treatment of personally identifiable information that we collect from you in the normal course of business. It is important that our clients are fully informed about the use of their personal information. Emceehosting collects, in the normal course of business, your credit card information or paypal information, your name and address, and your contact e-mail address.

It is teh policy of EmceeHosting to maintain this information securely and confidentially for all of our clients. Under NO circumstances do we sell or lease your information, or release it without written consent or court order. Your e-mail address is used SOLELY for the purpose of delivering notices and business communications related specifically to your webhosting account.

Under no circumstances do we send out advertising e-mails or promotions for any other companies, unless you select the DOUBLE OPT-IN to sign up to our regular mailing list that will, from time to time, contain advertisements and information that we may feel to be of interest to our clients.

We fully respect the intellectual property rights of others, so any copies of our client accounts are for backup and archival purposes only. once the client relationship has been terminated, we maintain a copy of the client's account for a period of seven (7) days, and then it is deleted. backups and customer data is maintained securely at our physical location in Miami, Florida, for greatest security. We reserve the right to provide aggregate or group data about our clients for lawful purposes, but contains no personally identifiable information. Aggregate or group data is data that describes the demographics, usage, or characteristics of EmceeHosting's clients as a group.
